As Chief Executive Officer of Griffin Protection Services, Carol Stensrud leverages more than 36 years of executive leadership in commercial real estate, property management, and building operations to deliver strategic security solutions for clients throughout California.

Prior to founding Griffin Protection Services, Carol held leadership positions with nationally recognized firms, including Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Digital Realty Trust, where she was responsible for the operations of diverse commercial real estate portfolios. Her firsthand experience managing office buildings, medical facilities, and datacenters has given her an in-depth understanding of the security, safety, and operational challenges property owners and managers face every day.

Carol founded Griffin Protection Services with a simple mission: to provide professional, responsive, and highly trained security officers who become an extension of their clients’ management teams. Her commitment to operational excellence, accountability, and exceptional customer service continues to drive the company’s reputation as a trusted security partner.
